It was back on June 5th, at around 2 in the afternoon, that police say the suspect approached a man in the emergency room.
He pulled a knife and stabbed him.
The 62-year-old victim needed surgery, but was expected to survive.
Police have now arrested 31-year-old Andy Metatawabin, and he's now facing a total of 12 charges.
Those include: two counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault and two counts each of failing to comply with probation and failing to comply with recognizance.
There was an outstanding warrant out for his arrest on an attempted murder charge from February of 2018.
