Police have arrested one man and are seeking another in horrifying, deadly crime spree that spanned two cities.
As the sun rose Thursday, investigators discovered 22-year-old Matthew Arcara dead behind the wheel of a Jeep Wrangler, parked on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Richmond Hill near Bayswater Ave and Emily Ct.
Police believe Arcara was murdered in the Jeep. Investigators haven't been able to say what connection if any he or his alleged killers had to the area.

After killing Arcara, police allege two men drove some 50 km to a downtown Toronto condo where Arcara is reported to have lived. At least one of the men is thought to have had been disguised and carrying a gun in carrying out what police describe as a home invasion.
"Two individuals in the residence were tied up and robbed," York Regional Police constable Laura Nicolle told NEWSTALK 1010 Friday. "Sadly, also a dog that was in the residence was killed."
The people tied up were not physically hurt though they lived a very traumatic experience.
Nicolle refused to say what was stolen from the condo. It is not clear whether what the motive for the violence may have been or whether the victims knew their attackers.
Police have charged 31-year-old Arjuna Paramsothy of Newmarket with first-degree murder, killing an animal, robbery using a firearm, forcible confinement and killing an animal.
At the point investigators do not have a name or description of the second suspect to share though they are urging him to turn himself in.
