York Regional Police say a man who was arrested at the scene of an explosion last week, has now been charged with arson and public mischief.
33-year-old Juan Eduardo Munoz, of Toronto, is also facing a charge of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
It was on Thursday morning, just before 5:30, when police were called to Cafe Corretto, near Weston Road and Highway 7.
The wall of the building was blown out, with bricks scattered through the parking lot.
A man was found with non-life threatening injuries nearby.
Police now say they are looking for a second suspect, but haven't released any description.
