An Amber Alert has been cancelled and a suspect is in custody after a man allegedly abducted an eight-year-old girl in Prince Albert, Sask.
A little over an hour after the alert had been issued, police sent out a news release saying that Daniella Shatokhina "has been located and is safe" though there was no word on whether she had sustained any injuries.
Later on Tuesday evening, the Prince Albert police department said they had arrested Jared John Charles, 19, of St. Louis, Sask.
This is not the first time Charles has been connected to an Amber Alert. In September Charles was charged with the abduction of two boys, aged eight and 10 from La Ronge, Sask, about 240 km north of Prince Albert. At the time Charles had already been forbidden from having contact with children under 16 without an adult present.

Police say Daniella Shatokhina was playing by herself Tuesday afternoon in a playground in the Crescent Acres neighbourhood of Prince Albert when a man entered the park.
He was seen hanging around for about 15 minutes, until the little girl left and he followed.
