Police say they have arrested a 69-year-old Toronto man, Tuesday, in connection with a sexual assault that allegedly happened outside Kennedy subway station.
On the afternoon of September 1, a 40-year-old woman was lying on the ground unconscious outside the station's entrance.
That's when the suspect approached her and sexually assaulted her as a number of people walked by.
A witness yelled at the suspect to stop, and eventually the man casually walked away.
Police say Michael Hawkins is charged with sexual assault and indecent act.
He's scheduled to appear in court on November 6.
