This is a story that sounds eerily similar to that of the Neville-Lake family.
That was a 2015 crash, where a drunk driver drove through a stop sign, killing three children and their grandfather.
But despite that crash, it appears the message to not drink and drive, still isn't getting through.
Police have laid impaired driving charges against a 47-year-old man after a crash north of Toronto that sent four children to hospital.
York Regional Police say two vehicles collided in the town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, at around 8:20 a.m. Thursday.
In one of the vehicles, officers found a woman and four children between the ages of seven and 13, and all five were taken to hospital
The driver and lone occupant of the other vehicle had to be pulled from the wreck and taken to hospital.
Police say he now faces charges including impaired driving and impaired operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm.
He's due to appear in court in Newmarket, later this month.
