Police are still on the hunt for a man who is accused of pulling a knife, and stabbing a 62-year-old man, in a hospital emergency room.
It happened in the ER of Michael Garron Hospital on Coxwell at Mortimer in East York, just after 2 in the afternoon on Tuesday.
It's still unclear why the man approached the victim, and stabbed him.
Officers don't believe the two people knew each other.
He's been identified as 31-year-old Andy Metatawabin, who is now wanted on charges of assault causing bodily harm, threatening death and weapons dangerous.
Metatawabin has been in trouble with the law before. Back in February, he was wanted on charges of attempted murder after he allegedly slashed the throat of a friend in the Black Creek Drive and Weston Road area.
If you see him, you're asked to call police immediately.
The victim has undergone surgery in hospital, and is expected to survive.
