A warning to Toronto area residents about a woman wanted in a stabbing at a park.
Monday night at around 6 p.m. officers received a call for a stabbing at E.T. Seton Park, near Don Mills Road and the DVP.
According to police, a man was at the park with some friends, when he was approached by an unknown woman.
The suspect produced an edged weapon and stabbed the man without provocation.
She then retreated back into the park.
The victim sustained minor injuries and made his own way to the hospital.
The female suspect is described as black, 5'3"-5’5”, approximately 110 lbs., with short black hair in braids, and multiple tattoos. She was last seen wearing a long sleeved grey shirt, and black pants.
It is believed that she lives or stays in a tent, in the wooded area of the park.
She is believed to be armed, violent, and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
