A man wanted for an fatal assault on a woman early Thursday is now in custody.
The 43-year old suspect, Matthew Larmon, was wanted for the attack on 36-year old Kathryn Niedoba of Toronto.
The incident occurred in the Bloor West and Bartlett Avenue area of the city just before 1 a.m. Thursday.
Niedoba succumb to her injuries in hospital.
Larmon, who was arrested and charged Friday night near Bloor St. and Dufferin Avenue and appeared in court Saturday morning to face a charge of manslaughter.
Toronto Homicide Detectives have taken over the investigation.
