An 83-year-old man who has been missing since July 30th, has been found.
"I know he's in very bad condition, but he's breathing and we found him." said the daughter-in-law od Domingos Martins to CP24.
Martins was found just before 10:30am in an industrial area near Weston Road and the 401. In a release, police say it appeared he'd fallen and wasn't able to get up.
The senior, who suffers from Alzheimers, was last seen on Friday afternoon around 5 o'clock, and it appears it was good old fashioned police work that led to his discovery.
Detectives say they came across surveilance video showing Martins walking into a parking lot behind an industrial building.
Close to 90 officers were engaged in the search, and hundreds of volunteers joined in over the weekend.
In the past, the family had said Martins required medication twice a day and would have gone several days without it.
Paramedics say he's been taken to hospital and is listed in serious condition.
