Four-year-old Radiul Chowdhury was hit by a motorcycle near Victoria Park Ave and St. Clair Ave E Sunday afternoon. The boy remains in a coma, having suffered a brain injury as well as multiple broken bones.
MLSE says the boy's father, Ruhul Chowdhury, works for them. MLSE says all the proceeds of the auction will go to the family "to alleviate any additional financial burden so that Radiul’s family can be by his side". The company says it is providing assistance of its own.
The tickets open for bidding are in Section 120 with an estimated value of $4,500. The opening bid was $3,000.
