Peel regional police are investigating a shooting in Mississauga, that has left a 32-year-old man dead.
Police say there were called to Dundas Street East and Cawthra Road around 11:20 a.m. and found one man who had been injured.
He was sent to hospital in life-threatening condition, after being shot several times.
Investigators say they have no information on suspects but have blocked off nearby intersections on Tomken Road as they probe the incident.
Two day-care centres were placed in hold and secure as police investigate.
A burned out car was found a short distance away and police couldn't say it was the get-away vehicle, but say it's part of their investigation.
