Police in Ottawa say one person has died, three others have been rushed to hospital in serious condition following a shooting in the city's downtown core.
They responded to the call at around 7 a.m. At one point, 25 cruisers were on-scene.
This is not considered an active shooter situation however no one has been arrested.
