Ontario is reporting 462 more COVID-19 cases today, including 14 more deaths.
Provincewide, there are now 3,255 cases of COVID-19, an increase of 16 per cent from Thursday, including 67 deaths in total.
Comparing that to a week ago, when we had a total number of 993 cases, the number is more than triple where is was only seven days ago.
The number of resolved cases jumped by more 30 per cent today, to 1,023 from 831 on Thursday.
However, the number of people who are now on a ventilator has jumped by 27, with 140 people now needing the life-saving machines.
There is still 1,245 cases under investigation in the province which marks another drop of more than 800 from yesterday. Compare that to last week, where the number was a little more than 10 thousand.
