Health Officials are reporting 203 new cases of COVID-19 in the province, marking the first time in more than three weeks that we've seen more than 200 new cases.
More than a quarter of those new infections were reported in Peel, who recorded 57 new cases. Ottawa is seeing a spike of new cases, with 43 today, compared to 20 yesterday.
57% of the new cases came in people 39-years-old or younger.
For the second day in a row, the number of deaths has increased by 1, to 2,753 in the province.
The number of people in hospital with COVID-19 is up by five to 120 in the province, while the number of people in ICU and on ventilators both dropped slightly.
More than 22,000 tests were completed in the province yesterday, with more than 11,000 cases still under investigation.
