Convicted killer Paul Bernardo has a day parole hearing set for March.
Bernardo has been designated a dangerous offender, but is eligable for day parole after serving 22 years in prison.
Newstalk 1010's Chief Legal Analyst Ed Prutschi says at certain markers in a prisoner's sentence they can apply for day and full parole.
Prutschi says Bernardo has had previous day parole hearings ajourned.
In 1993 Bernardo was arrested and charged with the kidnapping, rape and murder of 14-year-old Leslie Mahaffy and 15-year-old Kristen French. He was convicted in 1995.
