Peel Regional police have released details about a stabbing in Mississauga Friday afternoon.
A 30 year old male was stabbed at the Derry Village Square plaza at Derry Road and McLaughlin Road around 4:45 p.m.
The victim was transported to a Toronto trauma centre with life-threatening injuries and later downgraded to stable condition.
Police are looking for two male suspects who fled the area in a dark metallic grey, Volkswagen Golf GTI with after-market detailing with large scratch to the passenger side front bumper.
the first suspect is described as a male white, 20-30 years old, approximately 5’9”, thin build, straight dark hair to the shoulders, and was wearing a black t-shirt with white writing on the back, dark pants, and dark shoes.
The second suspect, the driver of the car, is described as white, 20-30 years old, approximately 5’8”, medium build, short hair, dark baseball cap, wearing a light t-shirt, dark pants, and dark shoes.
