Peel Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old Brampton man in connection to an attempted murder and firearms-related investigation that left a man with minor injuries.
Investigators say the suspect and the victim were outside the victim's Brampton home late Thursday evening.
When the victim was heading back inside his house, police say the suspect shot multiple rounds of bullets at him before fleeing the scene in a white Dodge Journey.
Police say the suspect - Marcin Beran - is described as white with a light complexion, 5'8", about 150 pounds with medium length blonde hair, a beard and a tattoo reading "Loyal to Family" on his right forearm.
Investigators say Beran is believed to be actively evading them. Anyone who spots him should call 911 immediately as he's considered armed and dangerous.
