The final suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a full-patch Hell's Angels member, is now in police custody.
Peel Regional Police say 38-year-old Joseph Pallotta turned himself in to authorities in Montreal.
A Canada-wide warrant had been issued for his arrest, in connection with teh death of a 32-year-old man from Mississauga.
The shooting happened in the parking lot of a commercial plaza on Dundas and Cawthra. A man was shot several times and was later pronounced dead.
Police had already arrested two men from Montreal and charged one with first-degree murder and the other with accessory after the fact.
At that time, officers indicated the suspects were involved in organized crime, but were not members of any biker gangs.
