Peel police have arrested a man in connection to incidents of alleged sexual assault from more than four decades ago.
According to police, just last month, a 56-year-old male victim told them he suffered a series of assaults in the early 1970s.
On June 10, 2018, and following the issue of a Canada-wide warrant, police arrested 73-year-old Alonzo Levesque of Quebec. He's charged with four counts of sexual assault.
In the 1970's, Levesque was believed to have worked as a referee with a hockey league in Toronto. He was also employed as a superintendent at different apartment buildings in Toronto and Brampton, according to police.
Investigators believe there may be more victims.
