With snow on the way overnight, police across the GTA were warning drivers to be extra cautions on the road.

York Regional Police say they have charged a driver who blew more than four times the legal limit for alcohol.
He landed on their radar just before 8 p.m. Monday after allegedly rear-ending a vehicle which had been stopped at a red light near Victoria Park Ave and Denison St. When police spoke to the driver, they say he was slurring and smelled of booze.
Police were so concerned about his well-being he was taken to hospital. He has since been released
