Police in Peel Region are looking for a man who they say impersonated a police officer in Mississauga.
Officers say just after 12:30 on Thursdaty afternoon, they were called to a home in the area of Confederation Parkway and Huntington Ridge Drive in Mississauga. The 57-year-old man who lives there, says a man tried to get into his house by claiming to work for the government, and even showed a wallet with a fake badge.
He's described as a white man, about 5'8", with black hair and was wearing a black jacket with black pants at the time.
So far, there have been no arrests in the case.
