Police are investigating and city crews arrived on Tuesday morning to clean up some disturbing graffiti spray painted on a Muslim school in Toronto.
Toronto deputy mayor Glenn De Baeremaeker spotted the slurs while out for a walk near Wali ul Asr Muslim school near McCowan and Eglinton.
The graffiti includes the words "F*** U Muslims" which can be seen unblurred HERE
Crews were hoping to have washed off the graffiti before most students show up for school.
The anti-Muslim graffiti on Wali ul Asr is the kind of hateful act & language that has absolutely no place in Toronto. This hatred is unacceptable at any time but it is disturbing someone would choose to do this during Ramadan.
