A 53yearold man was arrested in Burlington

Peel Police have put the brakes on a driver who was allegedly shirking the rules and putting lives at risk.

It was on Friday, March 23rd, when police received video evidence of a vehicle, repeatedly driving through red lights and into oncoming lanes of traffic in the south-west section of Mississauga.

Then on Monday and Tuesday of the following week, officers spotted the same vehicle, reaching speeds in excess of 200km/h.

On Wednesday, 53-year-old Kim Liu in Burlington.

He's been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, stunt driving and careless driving.

His vehicle has been impounded.
