Police won't say they believe the death of Dwayne Anthony Vidal was a random shooting, but they aren't ruling it out.
Officers also aren't sure why he was targetted.
It was on Saturday, March 10th, around 5:30 in the afternoon, after Vidal had parked his vehicle and was returning to his Etobicoke home in the Kipling and Finch area, where a man pointed a gun at him and started shooting.
The man then took off, getting into a white vehicle that was parked a short distance away.

He still hasn't been arrested.
