Toronto Police have released picture of a man and a woman wanted in connection with a downtown stabbed Saturday.
They say around 4 p.m. February 25, a 34-year-old man was walking his dog in the Dundas Street East and Dalhousie Street area.
He unintentionally made contact with another man who pulled out a knife and stabbed him multiple times in the ribs and back.
The man and a woman then ran northbound on Dalhousie Street.
The victim was taken to hospital and treated for his injuries, while his dog was taken to a local shelter.
Police are asking anyone who saw the stabbing, recorded any video of the incident or knows anything about the suspects to contact them.

The man is described as white with tanned skin, between 5'2" and 5'5" with a thin build. He was wearing a black parka, blue jeans, a toque and black shoes.

The woman is described as black with light skin and was wearing a brown bomber-style jacket, white sneakers iwth red socks and carrying a knapsack.
The victim has been released from hospital and reunited with his dog.
