Toronto Police are trying to identify a man see with Tess Richey before her death.
Richey disappeared at the end of a night out in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood, early on Saturday November 25.
Police say when a friend left Richey between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. she was with a man described only as white, standing 5'7-6' with a slim build and light, short hair.
Richey's body was discovered outside an under-construction building near Church St and Dundonald St on November 29. Her death was ruled a homicide after a post-mortem exam determined she died from neck compression.
