He took his daughter on a European vacation last year and never came back.
Now Peel Investigators, the RCMP and Interpol have all joined forces to try and track down a missing 6-year-old girl and her father.
The pair left Canada on July 29th of last year for a 2 week vacation to France and Germany.
They were supposed to return August 12th, but never did.
A Canada Wide Warrant was issued for 39-year-old John Varga Cuevas later that month, for the criminal charge of Abduction in Contravention of a Court Order.
John Varga Cueves is described as male, multi-racial, 5’8”, 160 pounds, light complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and possibly has a chinstrap goatee

The daughter, Tatiana is described as female, black, 6 years old, 4’0”, 80 pounds, thin build, brown shoulder length curly hair and brown eyes.
Her mother alerted police to disappearance of the two.
The parents were separated at the time, but the mother had given permission to her ex-husband to take their daughter on the trip.
Investigators are appealing to the public for assistance and are asking anyone who has been in contact with or has information on the whereabouts of John Varga Cuevas and Tatianna Cuevas, to call officers at 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau at (905) 453–2121, ext. 2133.
