General Motors has released a statement explaining their transformation over the coming years that will see the company's vision of zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion.
The auto manufacturer says "Actions are being taken to reduce salaried and salaried contract staff by 15 percent, which includes 25 percent fewer executives to streamline decision making."
