Two people have been stabbed, another shot with what is believed to have been a pellet gun at Brock University.
Police were called to campus at around 8 p.m. as reports online spread like wildfire that there was an active shooter and the campus was on lockdown.
Thankfully those reports turned out to be false.
Niagara Regional Police say all three victims were rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and that this appears to have been a targetted attack.
Four suspects were seen fleeing the scene and police are out looking for them; no descriptions have been given.
