It's the first chance for councillors to have their say on the idea of road tolls in Toronto.
The city's Executive Committee is discussing charges for drivers who would use two major highways through Toronto; the Don Valley Parkway and the Gardiner Expressway.
The money raised by the tolls would be used for both rehabilitating the Gardiner and to increase the network of public transit in the city.
Tory has suggested the tolls could be as low as $2 for a single trip, but admitted there's nothing concrete when it comes to a price.
And he says he doesn't believe this will cost him the next election, telling NEWSTALK1010, he feels people will reward him for his honesty.
Also up for discussion, are several other 'revenue tools' that were outlined in the staff report, including the vehcile registration tax, a parking tax and a hotel tax.
Tory has already gone on record saying he doesn't support a tax on parking or bringing back the vehcile registration tax.
