Durham Regional police are looking for the suspects responsible for breaking into a Hydro One Transfer station near Beaverton.
Police say sometime between December 8 and 11 an unknown amount of people broek into the station on Highway12/48. The fence was locked to the area.
The suspects entered several vehicles and trailers taking 24 chainsaws, a number of climbing tools, ropes, generators and electronics.
A Hydro One pickup truck was stolen and believed to be used in the robbery. It was later recovered.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
