More than 25,000 people are expected to pin on racing bibs for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon this weekend.
Sunday's marathon and a few other racing events will close many major arteries in the city. Below is a snapshot of what you need to know.
WHERE: Bay St, between Queen St W and Dundas St W
WHEN: Saturday October 15, 11 a.m.-Sunday October 16, 8 p.m.
WHERE: Roads in area bounded by Bloor St W, Victoria Park Ave, Lake Ontario and Windermere Ave, with a few other streets as well.
Key closures includes shutdowns of parts of University Ave, Lake Shore Blvd, Queen St W, Richmond St W, Adelaide St W, King St W, Front St E and Queen's Quay.
