Hamilton police say they've now laid charges against two men in connection with the death of a 17-year-old boy.
Police say Joshua Leo and another friend met two men at a local plaza on Friday afternoon, allegedly to buy drugs.
They say there was an altercation between the two pairs, resulting in Leo receiving a fatal stab wound and his friend sustaining minor injuries.
Police arrested an 18-year-old on the weekend and charged him with manslaughter and assault with a weapon in Leo's death.
On Monday, they said a 27-year-old man had been arrested and appeared in court to face the same charges.
Leo's death marks Hamilton's ninth homicide of the year.
