If you shop for groceries at Longo's, starting today, you'll have to wear a face covering inside the store.
In a letter posted to the company's website, President & CEO Anthony Longo says, "This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 2. If you are not
able to wear a mask or face covering, please speak with a manager so we can accommodate you."
It doesn't have to be a medical mask, just something that covers your mouth and nose.
Longo says the stores will also have masks for purchase.
There have been COVID-19 infections reported at some GTA locations. The Longo's on Weston Road in Vaughan was closed for a deep cleaning after several workers tested positive.
