You'll hear this and think, you're crazy.
But when you hit the road and head north for the weekend, you'll see.
There are snowsquall watches in effect for northern york region, and up into Barrie, Orillia and Midland.
Couple that with the strong winds, and you could be in a white out.
But it's good news for skiiers looking for a final blast of winter.
Places like Barrie and Orillia could see asĀ much as 35cms of snow by the time it wraps up late Saturday night.
Newmarket could see as much as 20cms.
But the winter weather is expected to avoid Toronto completely.
Geoff Coulsen from Environment Canada warns though, if you are going skiing this weekend, bundle up because it's going to be much colder than normal with overnight lows down to the minus mid teens.
