When the weather is nice, and the sun is out on a warmer day, it's easy to lose yourself and press a little harder on the gas pedal.
Toronto Police are warning you not to.
This comes after the driver of a 2015 Acura was stopped doing 203 km/h in a posted 60 zone, early Monday morning near Victoria Park and McNicholl in Scarborough.
The driver pulled over for police, and the 24-year-old faces a list of charges, including street racing.
"At that speed, that vehcile is travelling 183 feet per second. That's almost the length of an NHL sized hockey rink, every second." says Constable Clint Stibbe from Toronto Police.
And he warns that at that speed, you have very little time to react if someone or something were to step out in front of you.
