Toronto Police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying a man wanted in an Assault with a Weapon investigation.
On Friday afternoon around 12:20 p.m., officers responded to a call for a person with a knife at Bathurst subway station.
A 29-year-old man was on board an eastbound train and was involved in an altercation with another man.
The other man approached him and produced a knife. The 29-year-old man was assaulted with the weapon.
The suspect is described as black, 25, 6'0", medium build, wearing black toque, black jacket, black pants, carrying a black backpack.
He was last seen getting on board an eastbound subway train at Bathurst subway station.
If located, do not approach. He is considered to be armed, violent and dangerous. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
