York Regional Police have released information identifying a 3rd suspect in the kidnapping of a Markham student last month.
Investigators have named 28-year-old Muzamil ADDOW of Toronto, as the third of four suspects sought for the kidnapping of 22-year-old Wanzhen Lu, who was taken from the garage of his Markham condo on March 23rd.
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for ADDOW. The charges include:
Kidnapping, Forcible Confinement, Assault, Assault with a a weapon, Fail to comply with recognizance x3.
Two of the other four men arrested and charged will make a court apperance before the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket on Friday, for a bail hearing.
Police warn ADDOW is considered armed and dangerous. If you spot the suspect, you're asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
