A Toronto man wanted in connection to two sex assault incidents involving a teenager earlier this week has been arrested.
25 year-old Andrew Martin Morris is now in police custody.
He's charged with two counts of sexual assault and failing to comply with police.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest in recent days after a 16 year-old girl said she was sexually assaulted twice at Mcgill Parkette near Yonge and Gerrard.
The first incident reportedly happened Wednesday evening, before it's alleged that the same man returned and assaulted the teen again around 5:30 Thursday morning.
Morris is scheduled to appear in court today.
