Toronto police released security camera images of a man they want to identify as part of their investigation into the death of Tess Richey.
Toronto police tell Newstalk 1010 the man has not been identifed as a suspect, they are looking to talk to him.
Richey disappeared at the end of a night out in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood, early on Saturday November 25.
Police say when a friend left Richey between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.
Richey's body was discovered outside an under-construction building near Church St and Dundonald St on November 29. Her death was ruled a homicide after a post-mortem exam determined she died from neck compression.
