Toronto police a searching for a man they say assaulted a woman after she closed a window on the TTC bus they were riding on.
Tuesday September 27 at 12:30 p.m. they got the call for an assault on a bus in the Eglinton Avenue and Markham Road area.
Police say a 36 year old woman was sitting towards the back of the bus when she closed the window in front of her. A man started yelling at her for closing the window.
The man approached her three times, spitting in her face and assaulting her.
He is described as having a tanned complexion, between the ages of 23 to 38, 5'7'', 140 lbs., with short brown hair. He was wearing a purple and green sweater with blue jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crimestoppers.
