Toronto police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection with a home-invasion in Scarborough.
Police say on November 26, 2016 at 1:42 a.m. officers responded to a robbery call in an apartment at 1950 Kennedy Road.
It's reported that the apartment was being used for prostitution. The two men posed as customers and entered the apartment armed with two handguns and a knife.
They demanded money from the three people there. Two of them were bound with zip ties and pistol-whipped.
Police were at the building when they heard a gunshot come from inside, but the two suspects scaled down the outside balcony to get away from officers.
The first suspect is described as Asian, 25-35-years-old, 5'11" with a skinny build. He has short black hair.
The second suspect described as Asian, 35-40-years-old, 5'7"-5"9" with a medium build. He was wearing metal-framed glasses.
Both men are considered armed and dangerous. Police ask if you see them to not approach them, but call 9-1-1 immediately.
