Toronto police are trying to identify a suspect in an assault in High Park last Saturday.
Police say the suspect was walking his dog in the park when the assault took place on June 3, around 1 p.m.
The victim, a 61 year old man, tells our sister station CP24 he said something to the man about having his dog off the leash in an area where there were children.
The man tells CP24 he recorded the situation in hopes the guy would put the dog back on the leash without incident.
The man is described as Black, 6' with a medium build, with short curly black hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black denim vest, and black jeans. He was wearing a camouflage bandana around his neck and a green backpack.
Pictures of the man and his dog have been released.
