Police say a 20-year-old man who was shot in the city's west end on December 21 has now died of his injuries.
Cimran Farah, 20, is Toronto's 96th homicide victim of the year.
He along with two other men, 19 and 51 years of age, were both taken to hospital after gunfire broke out in the Kipling and Rowntree Road area at about 9:00 that night.
Farah died of his injuries Thursday.
No arrests have been made in the case.
Investigators are asking witnesses or anyone who has surveillance footage of the shooting to come forward.
