Now that summer vacation is over and the kids are back to school, voters in Toronto can focus in on their next big decision.
The municipal election is about 7 weeks away and it looks like Mayor John Tory is still holding on to a big lead.
New polling numbers from Forum Research show Tory with 65 percent support.
It's a slight drop from 70 percent at the end of July with a minor increase surge for Tory's main rival Jennifer Keesmaat.
The former city planner has the support of 35 percent of respondents in the latest poll
This poll was done on August 27th and Forum Research spoke to more than 12 hundred randomly selected voters.
