Toronto Police have charged two people in a shooting that left a TSN employee dead.
The incident was first reported on December 12th, as a single vehicle collision near Islington and Dundas West. When officers investigated further, they found 29-year-old Jonathan Gayle-West suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
At the time, his aunt told NEWSTALK 1010 that he was on his way home from praying at their church, and couldn't understand who would do this.
On Friday, police announced charges against Samir Adem, 18, and Salman Ahmed, 18, both from Toronto, who have both been charged with second-degree murder.
The motive for the attack is still unknown.
