A shooting at a North York strip mall restaurant Wednesday night left two people injured.
The shooting occurred on Wilson Avenue and Stradacona Drive, near Bathurst Street, just before 9:30 p.m.
Speaking to NEWSTALK 1010, Const. Laura Brabant confirmed Toronto Police are treating the shooting as a drive-by.
"What we believe to be a drive-by shooting. Several gunshots were heard, one person reported a bullet hole in a wall of a restaurant.
According to Brabant, two males suffered injuries from the shooting.
"There is one victim with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. That person has been transported to hospital in serious, but non-life threatening injuries. There is a second victim with what we believe to be a bullet graze to the back. That victim was treated at the scene."
Police have not released any suspect information, but are looking for a red sedan, that may be a suspect vehicle, last seen heading northbound on Collinson Blvd. from Wilson Avenue.
