An early morning shooting in the downtown core Sunday has police searching for a pair of suspects.
Toronto Police responded to a call for shots fired in front of the Hilton Hotel, on Richmond Street West near University Avenue, just after 3:30 a.m.
They recovered evidence of gunfire, including shell casings, but no victims.
Spokesperson Katrina Arrogante confirmed to NEWSTALK 1010 Sunday morning that a caller to police pointed to an arguement prior to the shooting.
Two suspects fled the scene after the shooting, speeding away in a black Mercedez Benz.
" The first suspect male, brown short hair, tattoos on the face, a short beard, dark crew sweater, dark jeans and black shoes, approximately 6 feet tall. The second suspect is described to be male, between the age of 20-30 years old, heavy set, black and red track suit."
