Two young drivers have been arrested in Durham region for street racing after a crash that injured several teenagers.
The incident happened back in September in Clarington.
Witnesses told police that two Honda Civics were racing each other, speeding and passing, before one of them lost control.
The one Civic entered a ditch, rolled several times and went airborne.
Police say there were seven teenagers inside that vehicle and three of them were ejected. They were airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The teens have since been released.
The two drivers, both 18-years-old, have been charged.
Joseph Bradley is facing six counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm and six counts of street racing causing bodily harm.
Justin Starr has been charged with one count of street racing.
